# How to stake your USDT

After signing in to the Motion DApp,&#x20;

* Navigate to "Stake" using the menu.&#x20;
* Next, select a 'Staking Cycle' to determine the duration for which you will lock your assets to earn weekly rewards.&#x20;
* By default, the "Trading Strategy" is chosen.&#x20;
* Input the desired amount of USDT you wish to stake, and then proceed by clicking on "Stake & Trade."&#x20;
* Your wallet will prompt you to continue the process.&#x20;
* Once you approve and submit, you're all set!
